hvtiRtables: Manuscript-Compliant Table Construction for HVTI CORR Group
Turns 'gtsummary' table objects into 'MS Word' tables that follow the "Table Construction for Manuscripts" rules of the HVTI (Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute) CORR (Cardiovascular Outcomes, Registries and Research) group: footnotes and abbreviation keys as text below the table, no hidden spacer columns, and the house notation and rounding. Tables are drawn in a style named by its role: a report style, with flat headers, and a manuscript style, which lays a table out to compare groups or to describe cohorts side by side.
