Description: Propensity score estimation, matching, and
        inverse-probability treatment weighting (IPTW) for clinical
        investigations by the Cardiovascular Outcomes, Registries and
        Research (CORR) group within The Heart & Vascular Institute
        (HVTI) at the Cleveland Clinic. Provides a consistent two-step
        workflow: construct a scored or weighted dataset, then inspect
        the results or pass them downstream. Balance diagnostics
        (standardized mean difference (SMD) tables, effective sample
        size) are compatible with the plotting functions in
        'hvtiPlotR'. The propensity score follows Rosenbaum and Rubin
        (1983) <doi:10.1093/biomet/70.1.41>.
